3M Outstanding Economic Educator Awards
Winners of the 3M Outstanding Economic Educator Award are selected based on their long-standing history of involvementin the field of economic education and on their excellence in teaching economics. 3M Awards are presented at the Econ Illinois Economic Education Day Awards Luncheon in October.
Nominations/entries for the 3M Awards are accepted throughout each academic year. Nominations may be made by a supervisor/administrator, a colleague, a local Center or Office for Economic Education, the Econ Illinois staff, or by the nominee through self-nomination.
In order to be considered for the Outstanding Economic Educator Award, completed entries are due no later than July 15. Current-year applications are available for download in the early spring of each year.
