The Champion of Economic Education Award recognizes firms or organizations for 30 years of giving.  We are pleased to recognize a very special partner, the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, with this award for their exceptional support of economic and financial literacy education in partnership with Econ Illinois.  The Federal Reserve System is a wonderful partner throughout our network, and the Chicago Fed is no exception.  They have been an outstanding partner through hosting many of our teacher training programs; being a co-sponsor of our Economics and Personal Finance Challenge programs; and being a strong advocate for our mission.

Receiving the award for the Fed was Bill Testa, Vice President and Director of Regional Programs at the Fed, and chair of the Econ Illinois Board of Trustees since 2000.
