2009 State Winners
In the 2009 contest, 3203 students from 56 schools drew entries for the 6 regional contests. One hundred twenty-two teachers participated this year. At the conclusion of regional judging, each regional competition submitted their top twenty-four entries for judging at the state level. From these entries, 12 Winners were selected, along with a number of Second Place or Honorable Mention entries.
The twelve state winners' drawings were depicted in a 2010 calendar, made possible through funding from HSBC North America.
