Illinois School Exchanges
The International Classroom Partnership Program has lead to two student exchanges, separately funded by the schools.
Students from Kaneland High School in Maple Park, IL traveled to Sibiu, Romania in October 2005 to help their partner school, Colegium Samuel von Brukenthal, celebrate its 625th anniversary.
Students from Dunbar Vocational Academy in Chicago traveled to Bucharest and Sibiu in May 2006 to visit their partner school, Grupul Scolar Energetic and share their project outcomes.
